Education
The PREPARE course educates users on sports safety, illness, and injury prevention. It educates how to recognize symptoms of potentially dangerous conditions and how to respond in emergency situations. Upon successful completion of the course, the user receives a PREPARE Sport Safety certificate.
A proven course released in 2004, PREPARE has educated more than 30,000 coaches nationwide—and the number grows every day!
New courses were added in 2023 to educate venue personnel on the importance of sport safety and their role during an emergency.
It is reviewed and updated regularly by an expert board of delegates
A must-have course for all youth sports community members in any sport at any age
Recognized and implemented by many national governing bodies including Pop Warner Football
Used by the Alabama, Georgia, and Florida High School Athletic Assocs., and the Mississippi High School Activities Assoc.
Sport Responder Courses
Train the Trainer Course
The Sport Responder course educates EMS and other healthcare professionals who provide care during athletic events. It provides a means to integrate EMS with Athletic Trainers and provide a means to "fill the gaps" when an Athletic Trainer is not available for sports coverage. This course will provide further education on sports-related injuries and conditions for the overall health and wellness of the athlete. Upon completion of this course, the user will receive a Sport Responder certification.
