Thermography
Thermography is a non-invasive infrared scan used for injury monitoring, injury prevention, load assimilation, and more. Thermography measures temperature and looks at asymmetries between each side of the body. Although this scan cannot diagnose a specific injury, it will detect areas of overuse or inflammation that are already injured or could lead to injuries in the future. Once the scan is performed, we run it through our software for analysis. Regular scans are a great way to identify and monitor potential problem areas of the body. We use thermography as a road map for our clients to direct them through effective rest and recovery sessions.
